Return Policy

Calico Crittor offers a 30-day return window. Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you would like to request a return.

Return eligibility

Items should be returned in the condition received, with the original packaging and included parts when reasonably possible. Please keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

We review each request before providing return instructions. Do not send an item to the mailing address without receiving return directions from customer service.

Starting a return

1. Email service@calicocrittor.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. Briefly explain the reason for the return and include photos when the item arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
3. Wait for return instructions before shipping the item.

Damaged, incomplete, or incorrect orders

Inspect your order after delivery. If something is damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly so we can review the order and propose an appropriate resolution.

Refund review

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The time for a credit to appear depends on the payment provider.
