Free shipping is provided on all US orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Processing may take longer when an order requires address or payment clarification. Business days do not include weekends or US holidays.

Estimated delivery time

After the order ships, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. The usual total time from order placement to delivery is approximately 4–7 business days.

These delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, remote destinations, and address problems may cause delays.

Shipping destinations

This policy covers delivery to addresses in the United States. Availability for a specific destination is determined during checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking events are supplied by the carrier and may take time to update after a shipping label is created.

Address accuracy

Please review the shipping address before submitting an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. An address change may not be possible after fulfillment has started.

If tracking indicates delivery but the package cannot be located, first check the delivery area and with household members or building staff. Then contact us with your order number so we can review the available shipment information.
